Prep Cook Duties:

- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Processes prepared foods for service using ovens, gas stoves, and flat top grills
- Assure that each item is cooked to the Chef and guest’s specifications
- Answer, report and follow executive or Kitchen Manager's instructions
- Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Assumes responsibility for the quality, food safety/sanitation and timeliness of products served
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the management staff

Order Packager Duties
- Order Packaging: Carefully package food orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
- Order Verification: Double-check each order against the tablet records to ensure all items are included and correct.
- Efficiency: Work quickly and efficiently to maintain a smooth order processing flow.
- Coordination: Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation.
- Handoff to Delivery Drivers: Hand over packaged orders to 3rd party delivery drivers, providing any necessary instructions or special requirements.
- Cleanliness: Keep the packaging area clean and organized at all times.

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
