SEGULA TECHNOLOGIES is assisting a major automotive OEM in hiring an **ITC Test Lead **to join our growing team in **Phoenix, AZ.**

This is a DIRECT hire opportunity, NOT a Contractual role.

**Job Description**:

- Pro-actively manage and support the internal and external interfaces of the Project, including: Project Engineering, Test and Commissioning, Sourcing, Quality, V&V and the technical stakeholders of the Customer, Subcontractors and Vendors.
- Support the planning and supervision of the Installation works with the customer and unionized work force.
- Perform/Acquire site investigations, surveys, and field inspections as required by the project.
- Prepare and execute formal handover/field readiness reports/certificates for various wayside equipment to the T&C teams.
- Prepare surveying reports and work with Engineering teams to resolve any prospective issues that may arise.
- Work with offsite engineering teams (Worldwide) to meet project deliverables.
- Review drawings and designs created by offsite engineering teams for accuracy and compliance with project deliverables.
- Support the customers' installation and engineering teams to meeting project deliverables.
- Since we are implementing on the 'brown field' site, this support may include OT, weekends, and some holidays.
- Perform or review PICO certifications and collect all post installation markups for AS-BUILT drawings.
- Manage/Perform AS-BUILT drawings and submit to customer for review.
- Travel to various sites for meetings, training or other.
- Manage customer expectations and report to project management any scope growth that will impact cost and schedule.
- Maintain the highest level of customer relations.

**Qualifications**:

- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent) with 1 - 5 years of experience with installation of Mission Critical Equipment.
- Knowledge of signaling principles and proven strong technical experience with AREMA standards.
- Basic Knowledge of Project Admin Management.
- Must be mechanically inclined, hands on oriented and capable of working outdoors in various conditions.
- Capable of safely using standard installation tools and equipment.
- Must be willing to work on weekends, night shifts and some holidays, as required by the project.
