Nous recherchons un **superviseur d'entrepôt** motivé et expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe en pleine croissance dans notre nouvel entrepôt à **Montréal, au Québec.**

**Responsabilités**:

- Gérer, coordonner et superviser les opérations quotidiennes de l'entrepôt
- Recevoir, stocker et organiser avec précision et efficacité l'inventaire, y compris les articles volumineux (meubles)
- Préparer les commandes en prélevant les matériaux, en emballant les boîtes et en préparant les commandes pour la livraison
- Examiner les commandes avant et après la livraison pour s'assurer qu'elles sont complètes
- Traiter les enregistrements d'inventaire dans notre logiciel comptable et opérationnel
- Coordonner avec les équipes internes, y compris la comptabilité, l'expédition et les opérations
- Superviser le processus de livraison locale pour garantir que les commandes sont exécutées en temps opportun par le personnel de livraison local
- Maintenir un environnement de travail sûr et sain en établissant, en suivant et en appliquant des normes et des procédures et en respectant la réglementation légale
- Autres tâches assignées par la direction

**Exigences et qualifications**:

- Éducation universitaire ou collégiale ; Logistique ou domaine connexe
- 5+ ans d'expérience de travail en gestion d'entrepôt et de contrôle des stocks
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (écrit et parlé) requis
- Permis de conduire provincial valide avec un dossier de conduite propre requis
- Permis de conduire de chariot élévateur valide requis
- Certification en premiers secours est un atout
- Forte éthique de travail, compétences en organisation et en communication
- Esprit d'équipe avec une attitude positive

**Ce poste exige la capacité de**:

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced **Warehouse Supervisor** to join our growing team at our new warehouse in **Montreal, Quebec**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage, coordinate, and oversee daily warehouse operations
- Accurately and efficiently receive, stock, and organize inventory including bulky items (furniture)
- Prepare orders by pulling materials, packing boxes, and preparing orders for delivery
- Review orders before and after delivery to ensure orders are complete
- Process inventory records in our accounting and operational software
- Coordinate with internal teams including Accounting, Shipping, Operations
- Supervise the local delivery process to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner by local delivery personnel
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
- Other duties as assigned by Management

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- University or College education; Logistics or related field
- 5+ years working experience in warehouse and inventory control management
- Fluency in English and French is required (written and spoken)
- Valid provincial Driver’s License with clean driving record required
- Valid Forklift Operator License required
- First Aid certification is an asset
- Strong work ethic, organization and communication skills
- Team player with a can-do attitude

**This job requires the ability to**:

- Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights (90+lbs or more)
- Stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time
- Reach, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel
