Responsable de l’installation, de la réparation et du dépannage des équipements MULTIVAC au Canada. Il s’agit d’un poste hautement technique qui convient à une personne expérimentée ; il ne s’agit pas d’un poste de niveau débutant.

**Vos tâches**
- _**Les tâches principales se dérouleront sur une base de quarts de travail rotatifs (du lundi au dimanche). Vous devez être flexible et prêt à travailler régulièrement le week-end.**_
- Dépannage et réparation de l’équipement sur le site ou par téléphone (soutien).
- Installer l’équipement et le mettre en service.
- Former les clients à l’utilisation, à l’entretien et à la sécurité de l’équipement, en prenant soin de suivre les procédures prescrites pour les mesures de sécurité, et leur expliquer comment communiquer avec notre service de pièces de rechange ou de soutien technique.

**Votre profil**
- Parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais) tant sur le plan conversationnel que technique.
- Diplômé d’un programme d’études de deux à quatre ans ou d’un diplôme d’études secondaires avec au moins deux ans d’expérience dans l’industrie ; ou une combinaison équivalente d’études et d’expérience.
- Une expérience préalable du travail de service sur le terrain dans l’industrie manufacturière est préférable.
- Une expérience technique dans les biens d’équipement, les matériaux d’emballage ou d’autres biens industriels connexes est un atout certain.
- Électricien agréé (442 ou 309A) de préférence.
- Permis de conduire valide, vérification sans fautes des antécédents criminels et capacité de voyager selon les exigences du poste.

- **Summary**:_Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and installation of MULTIVAC equipment in Canada. This is a highly technical role suitable for an experienced individual; this is not an entry level position.

**Your tasks**
- _**Main duties will take place on a rotational shift basis (M-S), must be flexible including constant weekend work**_**.**
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment on site or over the phone (support).
- Install and Commission equipment.
- Train customers in operation, maintenance and safety of the equipment, taking care to follow specified procedures for safety instruction, and educate the customer how to contact our Spares or Service department.

**Your profile**
- Fully bilingual French & English both conversationally and technically.
- Graduate of two to four years degree program, or high school diploma with two or more years of industry related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience with field service work in manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Technical experience in capital equipment, packaging materials, or in other related industry goods is a definite asset.
- Prefer licensed electrician (442 or 309A).
- Current valid driver’s license, clear criminal background check, and the ability to travel as required by position.
