We are a general law practice with offices in both Keswick and Toronto.

We have openings at both our KESWICK office and our TORONTO office (Finch and Hwy 400), and we are looking for an experienced Legal Assistant/Law Clerk to assist us with Corporate Law, Wills, and Estates, and Real Estate Transactions.

The position will require:

- Familiarity with Articles of Incorporation and corporate organization.
- Drafting Wills.
- Familiarity with purchase, sale, and mortgage transactions, and Teraview.
- Professional communication skills and pleasant disposition with clients.
- Drafting and editing documents to reflect client or transaction requirements.
- Computer literacy and keyboarding.
- Completing work independently and ability to prioritize appropriately and effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Part-time

**Salary**: From $36,223.57 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
