**Job Details**:
**Position Title**: Registration and Records Representative
**Status**: Temporary Part-Time (TPT) Contract - Until March 21, 2025
**Hours**:24 hours per week
**Faculty/Department**: Office of the Registrar
**Campus/Location**:North Campus - must be comfortable working hybrid, a minimum of three (3) days on-site.
**Salary**:$19.09/hr

**About the Office of the Registrar at Humber**:
The Office of the Registrar supports and celebrates student success. We provide students and the campus community with support through the distribution of key information, high-quality service delivery and the maintenance of essential systems and processes. Our dedicated staff work in a myriad of areas including Admissions, Academic Records, Convocation, Contact Centre, Fees, Financial Aid, Registration & Course Scheduling, Reporting, and Student Systems at both our North and Lakeshore campuses. We are a collaborative team that welcomes innovation, upholds a culture of inclusiveness and respect, and supports wellness.

**Education**
The incumbent will possess a 2-year post-secondary diploma or equivalent.

**Experience/Skills**
- Printing and issuing transcripts (mail and/or scan).
- Processing education verification forms, verifying student records, and document maintenance.
- Verify and process student credentials (IDs, parchment, manual letters).
- Scan documents such as consent forms, course equivalencies and create Student Action Forms.
- Prepare batch transcript process, verify information accuracy, address verification, and issue transcripts.
- Process historical transcript requests, and lawyer letter requests.
- Follow up with students regarding returned transcripts, IDs and credentials.
- Other duties as assigned.
