We are actively seeking an organized, detail-oriented, team-first Sales Administration Coordinator to join us, providing exceptional support for our growing sales team. This position is permanent full
- time, with hours Mon-Fri, 8:00am - 4:30pm working out of our Pitt Meadows office.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and work in a team environment
- Strong customer relation skills, coupled with effective written and oral communication
- Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and inventory management systems
- Ability to problem-solve effectively
- 2-3 years of sales administration, logistics and/or production experience is an asset
- Previous experience in the forestry industry is an asset
- Experience with Tallyworks is an asset

**About the role**:

- Obtaining quotes and coordinating truck/railcar shipments
- Entering products into inventory, attaching costs to production runs, allocating product to sales orders, tracking sales order statuses, and creating sales invoices
- Following up on sales order fulfillment and managing logístical issues
- Processing customs documentation/export permits and liaising with US customs brokers
- Developing customer reports and various ad hoc projects for the Sales and Production teams

**Salary**: Dependant on experience
