Collingwood, Canada Blue Shores Full time

Reporting to the Clubhouse Facility Manager, the primary role of this position is to create a safe and welcoming environment for the Blue Shores residents upon entering the Clubhouse and to assist the Clubhouse Facility Manager with the day-to-day cleaning and running of the facility.
- Part-time permanent position, flexible availability with evenings, occasional weekends, and/or weekday hours;
- Greet and welcome residents and their guests;
- Answer questions and address complaints redirecting them as necessary;
- Book residents into the pool, gym, lounge, and fitness classes;
- Clean the facility as directed by the Clubhouse Facility Manager (including cleaning equipment, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, showers, and change rooms);
- Complete daily pool maintenance as needed.
- Notify the Clubhouse Facility Manager.
- Record issues and notifications in the communication book;
- Assist with events, setting up the room, preparing coffee ect., as directed by the Clubhouse Facility Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field;
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures;
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, assisting with various tasks as required;
- Good time management skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge of emergency procedures, ie First Aid and CPR.
