**Job Title**:Continuous Improvement Coordinator

**Location**:Snow

**Shift Time**:8:00am to 4:30pm

**Terms**:Permanent Full-Time

**Salary**:TBD

**Reports to**:Manager of Innovation and Quality

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in Preparing Department KPI’s
- Meet with Innovation and Quality Manager and departments to create department specific KPI’s
- Participate and support kaizens within the group
- Participate in onboarding new business I.E; Warehousing and transportation customers
- Support / create SOP’s and internal process Work Instructions
- Collaborate with individuals and or departments on continuous improvement initiatives
- Support training, coaching and process refreshing of team members
- Lead efforts to achieve goals and company objectives
- Interact and lead customer calls I.E; weekly, monthly, or quarterly meetings
- Promote a safe working environment
- Design reporting and management dashboards
- Look for improvement initiatives
- Document process enhancement
- Investigate customer complaints and current business processes
- Pull data and prepare reports to analyze further

**Professional & Educational Background**:

- 3+ years in a similar role
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Logistics / Freight Forwarding experience considered an asset
