**Rôle**

Le/la Responsable Marketing jouera un rôle crucial tant dans la conception que dans la mise en œuvre des stratégies marketing. Ce rôle exige non seulement une excellence en matière de conception, mais également une réflexion stratégique pour élever la présence de notre marque à travers divers canaux. Leur expertise créative façonnera notre identité de marque et contribuera directement à notre succès marketing.

**Principales tâches et responsabilités**
- Collaborer avec l'équipe de direction pour contribuer à la formulation et à la mise en œuvre des stratégies marketing, en veillant à l'alignement avec les objectifs organisationnels.
- Mettre en œuvre et faire respecter les directives de la marque pour maintenir une image de marque forte et cohérente.
- Développer et maintenir une identité de marque forte à travers tous les supports marketing, en assurant la cohérence (site web, moteurs de recherche, médias sociaux, publications spécialisées).
- Superviser le travail d’un(e) coordonnateur(trice) marketing
- Collaborer avec tous les départements pour garantir une cohérence de la marque sur tous les points de contact.
- Traduire (anglais/français) toute documentation pour faciliter les efforts de communication à l'échelle mondiale, assurant une diffusion cohérente et efficace de nos messages auprès de publics divers.
- Maintenir une banque de photos et de vidéos à jour des produits et des événements (prendre des photos et des vidéos si nécessaire).
- Rester informé(e) des tendances de l'industrie, des activités des concurrents et des préférences du public pour orienter les décisions de conception.

**Habiletés et Connaissances**
- Expérience reconnue en marketing et en design graphique.
- Pensée stratégique et capacité à aligner le design avec les objectifs marketing.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
- Créativité et capacité à penser de manière innovante.

**Compétences requises**
- Diplôme ou certificat en marketing, design graphique ou équivalent.
- Maîtrise des outils de design graphique tels qu'Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) ou autres logiciels standard de l'industrie.
- Expérience dans le secteur de la vente en gros (atout).
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et des outils de collaboration.
- Bilingue (Atout important, français et anglais).
