**Carpenter Job Description**

CMC Homes is a custom home and renovation company based out of Whistler, BC. We have been in operation since 2010 and have a well established growing business. Our projects range from renovations and major additions to luxury custom homes. We are expand our team and are looking to hire carpenters of all abilities to help with our busy schedule in Whistler. Come join our growing team and work on some amazing projects in Whistler.

**Job Requirements**
- Interprovincial Ticket not necessary but an asset
- Education - High School Graduate
- Post Secondary not necessary but an asset

**Experience**
- Minimum of 3 years in all phases of residential construction.

**Knowledge**
- Knowledge of residential construction, practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, materials, specifications, quality control, cost control, and safety practices and procedures as defined by Worksafe BC Knowledge of up to date BC Building Codes

**Interpersonal and Communications Skills**
- Must be able to communicate in a clear and polite manner with clients, subtrades, and fellow staff members.

**Working Conditions**.
- Must supply own personal tools and be responsible for and maintain company tools.

**Physical**
- Job requires ability to perform tasks in all areas and aspects of residential construction projects.
- Job requires ability to work with tools, lumber and materials.
- Must be physically fit.

**Compensation and Benefits**

**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 42.5 per week
