**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Senior Director, Operations Finance & Strategy, GSM this role is responsible for executing data driven analytics that provide insights and support decisions for Global Supply & Manufacturing (GSM).
More specifically, this position will partner with GSM stakeholders, including Site Leadership, Manufacturing Excellence, Global Manufacturing Strategy, and Global Supply Chain functions. In addition, this position will align to Corporate initiatieves for Enterprise Data & Analytics.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create and own a central repository of historical data sets. Update these as new information becomes available, and ensure data integrity.
- Evaluate business processes, uncover areas for improvement, and develop optimization strategies.
- Lead multifaceted data analytics to generate insights.
- Use predictive analytic models to forecast financial and operational performance that generate course corrective actions.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings with key stakeholders, including cross-functional team members, site leadership, and functional heads.
- Interpret and analyse data using exploratory and statistical techniques based on scientific methods.
- Foster an environment that promotes communication at all levels and strives to make all information available when and where needed.
- Works in a safe manner collaborating as a team member to achieve all outcomes.

**Job Requirements**:
- Education
- Qualification in Finance/ Economics/ Statistics/ Information Systems or related field from reputed educational institutations in Canada
- Formal education in data analytics/ data science from reputed universities/ schools considered an asset
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with demonstrated experience in building complex analytical models to solve wide range of business problems
- Experience in programming languages such SQL, and in analytics tools such Alteryx, highly desirable
- Superior written and oral communication skills including ability to storyboard and succinctly articulate complex ideas, proposals and recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to think critically, with high level of comfort working on projects with ambiguity and limited direction
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including clear, succinct and timely communication and proven ability to foster positive relations with customers and key stakeholders
- Exhibited business acumen in understanding cross-functional processes and ability to think strategically vis-à-vis tactically
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems (e.g. SAP), organizations business processes is considered an asset
- Ability to be a self-starter, work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Good understanding of GMPs, SOPs, and relevant regulatory guidelines
- Experience
- 5+ years of relevant analytics experience
- Experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing Operations within Pharmaceutical / CPG industry considered an asset
