Le ou la titulaire de ce poste assiste le pharmacien dans l'exécution des ordonnances, la constitution des dossiers-patients et l'exécution des tâches techniques reliées à la préparation des médicaments. Il offre un service à la clientèle hors pair. Il assure également l'approvisionnement de la marchandise au laboratoire.Principales responsabilités
De manière plus spécifique, le ou la titulaire de ce poste est responsable:

- Accueillir les patients de manière professionnelle, courtoise et attentionnée;
- Respecter les limites éthiques d'intervention auprès des patients et la confidentialité;
- Recueillir les renseignements essentiels des patients et mettre à jour leurs dossiers;
- Répondre aux questions des patients, aux appels téléphoniques, effectuer les renouvellements d'ordonnances, saisir les données des nouveaux produits ou ordonnances et référer au pharmacien, le cas échéant;
- Procéder au conditionnement des ordonnances;
- Faire vérifier l'ordonnance ou tout autre document par le pharmacien;
- Transmettre les demandes de réclamations aux assureurs et régler les différents problèmes de réclamations;
- Coordonner le service de livraison d'ordonnances et de produits stériles;
- Gérer les déchets biomédicaux de façon sécuritaire;
- Préparer et emballer les produits stériles et organiser la préparation de piluliers;
- Déterminer et faire approuver le prix de vente des produits du laboratoire;
- Effectuer régulièrement les dépôts d'argent, les commandes de monnaie et remplir un rapport de caisse;
- Enregistrer les achats sur la caisse électronique et recevoir les paiements en espèces, par carte de crédit ou de débit, s'il y a lieu;
- Prévoir les fournitures nécessaires en quantité suffisante pour le bon fonctionnement des opérations;
- Veiller à la propreté et à la désinfection du laboratoire et de ses équipements. Maintenir l'aire de travail ordonnée;
- Gérer l'approvisionnement de médicaments et du matériel nécessaire pour la préparation des ordonnances;
- Tenir à jour l'inventaire du laboratoire et commander auprès des fournisseurs;
- Vérifier le contenu des commandes lors de la livraison. Comparer avec les factures et les bons de commande;
- Placer les produits aux endroits appropriés et assurer une rotation des médicaments selon les dates de péremption;
- Procéder aux réclamations de marchandises auprès des différentes compagnies et expédier les retours;
- Offrir des conseils sur les produits spécialisés (ex. : glucomètres, tensiomètres, produits orthopédiques, etc.);
- Respecter les règles de santé et de sécurité au travail;
- Exécuter toutes autres tâches connexes.Exigences et compétences recherchées
- Détenir un diplôme d'études professionnelles en assistance technique en pharmacie ou encore être étudiant à l'université en pharmacie;
- Posséder de l'expérience à titre d'assistant(e)-technique en pharmacie;
- Être disponible selon l'horaire préétabli;
- Posséder d'excellentes habiletés de communication;
- Faire preuve de courtoisie, d'intégrité et de discrétion;
- Détenir de forte aptitude en mathématique;
- Faire preuve d'une grande rigueur, de minutie, d'esprit d'équipe et de collaboration;
- Détenir un bon sens de la planification, de l'organisation et de gestion des priorités et du stress;
- Posséder de bonnes connaissances des logiciels de gestion des ordonnances, de caisses électroniques.
