**Responsibilities**:
- Lead a global team of advisors and support them in all aspects of personal development and professional performance.
- Track progress of engagements and support the advisors’ team members with their customers through mentoring, coaching, advice, challenge, and brainstorming on alternative approaches.
- Serve as an escalation point for customers, as the senior authority of the practice.
- Collaborate with customer senior leadership on adoption, success and required support for their teams through the implementation, advisory and change journey.
- Responsible for customer’s success and retention.
- Optimize implementations and customer rollouts and support customers to achieve improved outcomes.
- Collaborate with peers in the Planview organization and contribute throughout marketing, sales, product, customer success, services and more.
- Regularly report status internally.
- Travel to local user groups, attend the annual company kickoff and conferences as well as individual customer visits if required.
Qualifications:
- Industry knowledge as a practitioner and a leader in software development environment, with emphasis on Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP) and / or Value Stream Management (VSM).
- 10+ years of Agile and/or VSM leadership managing teams.
- 5+ years of advisory or consulting experience.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma / SAFe / Theory of Constraints is highly preferable.
- Organizational Change Management (OCM) certification or experience is highly preferable.
- Proven track record of successful deployment and implementation of new methodologies and processes in organizations.
- Knowledge of the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle and familiarity with tools used in the process
- Adept knowledge with multiple Agile methodologies, DevOps, and Lean concepts
- Knowledge of large-scale software developing organizations
- Ability to interpret and articulate complex topics in an easy-to-understand way
- Expected Salary Range for this role: 140,000 CAD to 160,000 CAD
