**Qualifications**:
**How To Excel In This Role**:

- Have over 8 years of experience in program delivery, talent and/or transformation in different organizations.
- Familiar with planning, scaling, building programs ground-up AND implementing, operating, automating them.
- Business presentation and change skills with ability to translate conceptual plans into tangible impacts.
- Be proactive and aspire for excellence, optimizing programs and stakeholder commitment.
- Bilingualism in French and English is mandatory (written and spoken) as the role supports programs for our employees in Quebec (where French is the official language) and across the globe.
