Our Sooke integrative health clinic is seeking to fill a part-time receptionist position covering 16 hrs (weekday and every other Saturday). Come August 2023 there is opportunity for extending hours as well. We are interested in employing a positive, health-oriented individual that possesses excellent management, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Work experience within a health clinic is ideal. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required. Medical Office Assistant certification and experience with EMR program JaneApp is preferable, but not mandatory.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Schedule:

- 8 hour shifts
- Weekends (every other Saturday)

COVID-19 considerations:
Masks are no longer mandated for all staff and clients but encouraged, reception desk has plexiglass divider and all common areas are sanitized regularly.

Administrative Duties:

- Scheduling
- Stocking supplies
- Sorting and sending mail
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Direct Billing to 3rd party health insurance
- Greeting visitors

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $17.50 per hour
