Overview:
In a timely manner to ensure the True Blue program has sufficient active inventory to support sales in order to attain True Blue Sales targets. To support and coordinate activities related to Previously Owned and Noncurrent Equipment for the Direct, Dealer, Service and Rental channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement processes for the efficient handling of returned products, including documentation and tracking.
- Create a communication plan with third-party organizations and internal shop leaders to schedule production and assessments.
- Collect and review data/information to create and or publish various reports and files
- Coordinate equipment availability/delivery as well as information between various departments and branches
- Evaluate and analyze individual equipment to determine market value, in a timely manner
- Review and reply to all incoming inquiries
- Create and modify various previously used equipment (POE) documents as required
- Assist in the creation of sales promotions and contribute to POE Marketing programs for the Direct and Dealer Channels as well as the development of department processes
- Create and maintain system managing true blue program: various documents to support department functionality
- Perform analysis as required for the function and support when required in other areas of logistics and supply chain management
- Assist the Inventory Planning / Control manager with KPI maintenance. Contribute to the creation of reports/data for management review

Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in reverse logistics or related field
- Organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with logistics software
- Knowledge of industry related to reverse logistics.
