Sunia Technology Inc. is a leading technology company specializing in image and video processing, handwriting and hand-drawing technologies on mobile and portable devices, as well as cloud-based remote and visualization solutions.

As a Junior AI/ML Product Manager at Sunia, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the development of AI based products and solutions. Your primary focus will be on products powered by SLMs and LLMs that drive Sunia's OCR systems, NLP, and Computer Vision technologies. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features, define product requirements, and ensure the product aligns with business needs and technical capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Translate business needs into product features and user stories by working directly with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Collaborate on the product roadmap, breaking down high-level requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the development team in an Agile environment.
- Manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable work is prioritized in alignment with the company’s broader strategy.
- Ensure smooth product launches and post-launch support, focusing on user feedback and product improvements.
- Gather insights from product usage and data analysis to inform continuous improvement and drive product evolution.
- Support in the execution of go-to-market strategies, working with marketing and sales to ensure successful product adoption.
- Participate in data validation efforts, ensuring that AI models are trained on high-quality datasets.
- Stay informed on the latest AI/ML trends and advancements to drive innovation within your products.

**Qualifications**:

- Educational background in AI, ML, Computer Science (or a related technical field) is required, with a strong foundation in AI/ML technologies.
- Demonstratable passion for AI through personal projects/GitHub repositories and contributions, research papers, blog posts, or active contributions to AI communities (e.g., conferences, social media) is highly valued.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret product performance data and drive decision-making.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and keep product delivery on track.
