Il supporte l’équipe interne et externe avec diverses analyses et participe à l’amélioration des divers processus. Il apporte soutient aux membres de l’équipe et intervenants externes au service des comptes à payer.**:

- **Effectuer diverses analyses de comptes reliés au bilan ou comptes fournisseurs;**:

- **Agit à titre de responsable de la donnée pour le département (Data Steward Delegate);**:

- **S’assure du bon fonctionnement de l’OCR;**:

- **Faire les suivis du traitement relié au paiement du lait;**:

- **Support au traitement des notes de frais;**:

- **Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus en collaboration avec l’équipe de gestion du service des comptes à payer;**:

- **Comprend, applique et respecte les règles de comptabilisation des transactions de payables ainsi que l’impact qu’elles ont sur les états financiers;**:

**- **Diplôme collégial ou universitaire en administration ou autre domaine connexe (ou équivalent jumelé à une expérience de travail très pertinente);**:

- **Posséder un fort esprit d’analyse et une connaissance pertinente du système intégré SAP**:

- **Maîtrise des logiciels informatiques de la suite Microsoft Office (Word et Excel) ;**:

- **Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais parlés et écrits pour communiquer avec nos partenaires Nord-Américains.**:
