**About the role**:Under the supervision of the Coordinator, the Team lead will perform various tasks related to supporting of the direct service team. The team leader will also assume operational leadership during the coordinator's absence. Encourage and uphold a strong team approach, and act as the first point of contact for team members when they have questions or concerns. The TL will train new staff on the established policies, procedures, and protocols so that they can effectively complete their responsibilities. The team leader will also take on some reporting activities, and support employees with meeting expectations. In the absence of team members/roles, the team lead will coordinate coverage of these roles and assume responsibility if needed for the coverage period.

Education: University Degree/College Diploma in the Social Sciences or related field.

Preferred Experience:
Experience with Employment Ontario Employment Services Programs

Experience working with information in a database and case management systems.

Strongly preferred bilingual
- French and English

Past Supervisory experience

Strong computer proficiency (including Word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint, and database management)

Experience working with clients facing various barriers to employment.
