Responsibilities:

As a Team Leader at Pilgrim, your responsibilities will include:

  • Consulting with clients to understand their preferences and offering guidance on jewelry selection.
  • Educating clients
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Staying uptodate with industry trends and continuously learning new techniques.
  • Assisting clients with jewelry purchases and processing transactions.
  • Collaborating with the instore team to create a welcoming atmosphere and contribute to the store's success.
  • Managing appointment scheduling and maintaining punctuality.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures, including dress code and code of conduct.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent communication and customer service abilities.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.

COMPENSATION:

Base Salary: $36,400 or $17.50 an hour

Commission:2% commission on all personal sales (2.50$ to 4$ extra per hour on avg)

Bonus:Weekly bonus based on: A. Unites per transaction (UPT) targets ($50), B. Sales Plan ($25) Representing approx. $3,900+ of addition income per fiscal year

Vacation: 4% of earnings (Full time equals to 2 weeks)
