We are looking for a Textile Clerical Assistant to help the Fabric research & development manager.

**Responsibilities**:
Under the supervision of the manager, your responsibilities will include:

- To organize and assure administration support to the fabric department (Assure data entry for fabrics research, development and production, and follow up with fabric suppliers)
- To multitask such as preparing handloom or lab dip as well as making photocopies, scan and fabrics classification.
- To verify and classify fabrics information
- To update fabric files and fabric follow up recap (data entry)
- To update fabric supplier’s agenda
- To organize and ensure follow up with fabric makers for handloom and lab dip

**Skills**:

- DEC degree (têxtile or fashion an asset)
- Be very organized and detail oriented
- Be able to prioritize
- Knowledge of fabrics an asset
- Bilingual: French & English (Strong written English)
- Basic computer knowledge in Excel & Word
- Be able to work autonomously and be a team player
- Having experience in a têxtile-manufacturing environment an asset
