- Rencontres et suivis avec les clients pour l’évaluation des besoins & mises à jour des objectifs marketing
- Élaboration des calendriers de publications sur les médias sociaux
- Habile à créer des stories
- Déploiement et optimisation de campagnes numériques B2C & B2B (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn & Google Ads)
- Création de rapports pour mesurer les performances numériques
- Rédaction de publicités et de contenu marketing
- Intégration d’outils de mesure et d’analyse de données
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les développeurs web pour la création et l’optimisation de sites web selon les meilleures pratiques UX & SEO
- Réaliser des audits numériques et des études de marché afin de proposer des recommandations stratégiques

PROFIL
- Expérience d'un an minimum
- Minimum un DEC
- Maîtrise de Facebook Business Manager et Facebook Ads,
- Maitrise de Google Ads et LinkedIn Advertising,
- Organisé(e) et autonome: prioriser les tâches en fonction du temps alloué;
- Habile dans les communications interpersonnelles;
- Capacité à mener plusieurs projets simultanés;
- Bonne capacité à travailler en équipe;
- Orienté(e) vers la résolution de problèmes et la proactivité;
- Bilingue français/ anglais
- Savoir gérer un budget média
- Tag Manager: Savoir paramétrer des conversions et actions via tag manager (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
- Google Analytics : savoir paramétrer des comptes, gérer et créer différentes vues, créer des objectifs, analyser la donnée

CANDIDATE JOURNEY OR ASSIGNMENTS
- Meeting and following up with clients to assess needs & update marketing objectives
- Development of social media publishing calendar
- Implementation and optimization of B2C and B2B digital campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn and Google Ads)
- Creating reports to measure digital performance
- Writing of advertising and marketing content
- Integration of measurement and data analysis tools
- Work closely with web developers for website creation and optimization in accordance with UX and SEO best practices.
- Carry out digital audits and market studies in order to propose strategic recommendations

PROFILE
- A Minimum of one year experience
- A Minimum of one completed DEC
- Good knowledge of Facebook Business Manager and Facebook Ads
- Good knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Advertising
- Organized and autonomous: Ability to effectively plan and manage priorities with within the allocated time;
- Expert in interpersonal communications;
- Ability to lead several simultaneous projects;
- Team-player who can also work independently
- Problem-solving and proactive oriented
- Ability to function effectively, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Bilingual Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal;
- Know how to manage a media budget
- Tag Manager: Know how to configure conversions and actions via tag manager (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
- Google Analytics: know how to configure accounts, manage and create different views, create objectives and analyze data
