Reporting to the Director, Planning and Business Systems, this role will be a key part of the ongoing buildout and sustainment of internal IT capabilities and work with the management team to execute on a broad portfolio of operational and strategic objectives. You will be responsible for several sustainment projects against pillar systems, namely: the ERP, CRM, HRMS, and PLM, and deliver projects aimed at increasing our overall enterprise security posture across an increasing number of users and devices. We will lean on you to manage other members of the business systems team to provide systems and IT support for stake holders and end users.
**Nature of Work**
Be responsible for short-term, long-term, and annual projects that involve the deployment, configuration, and analysis of new and existing IT systems. These projects range in complexity from simple to highly complex.
Work impacts a range of business, operational, or project activities within own team and other related teams, with potential impacts to the larger enterprise.
Partner with external resources and consultants to execute on a broad portfolio of operations and strategic objectives.
Manages experienced professionals and specialists who exercise latitude and independence in job responsibilities.
Analyze possible solutions using technical experience, judgment, and precedents and resolves problems through immediate actions or short-term planning and sets priorities to ensure completion.
**Requirements**:
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, IT or relevant field
- 3+ years proven experience in an operations management position
- Experience with short-term to annual projects that range from simple to highly complex
- Strong technical knowledge of relevant software and hardware platforms, including cloud-based systems, networking, and security
- Strong experience in configuration of ERP/MRPsystems (preference Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations),including design of Azure Data Lake and PowerBI reporting.
- Advanced analytical skills in Excel and PowerBI, with ability to coach team member on the same
- Experience with Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate
- Experience with Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate
- Experience with Configuration/deployment/administration of Windows Devices
- Experience with Architecture/setup/administration of project/work management tools, specifically Azure DevOps
- Strong leadership skills with ability to effectively communicate, motivate and develop teamwork
