Site Administrator, Nunavut

**Location and Reporting Structure**:

Reporting to the General Manager, Goose Site this position will be a fly in
- fly out 3x3 rotation based in Nunavut, Canada.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general administrative duties to ensure the smooth function of projects & site operations including but not limited to: production/amending of documents, reporting, supporting materials, presentation materials, data analysis, data entry, document control, budget tracking, dispensing of travel/project information (as necessary) and general clerical duties;
- Manage meeting logistics and documentation; Draft communication memos on behalf of site management and send to Goose notifications;
- Maintain a tracker with new hire details and equipment allocation. Implement a labeling system for gear. Coordinate the transfer of items to a secured room to enhance inventory management and prevent loss;
- Order supplies for departments and liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment;
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems; Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required;
- Support site personnel coordination by preparing accommodation reports; and
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely manner.

**Desired Competencies and Requirements**:

- Three(3) years’ experience in site administration, preferably in the mining or heavy industry sector;
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in administration or related field preferred;
- Strong computer related knowledge with focus on Microsoft Suite (emphasis on programs such as Word and Excel); and
- Experience with coordinating general administration in remote camp settings considered an asset (mining or related preferred).

**Compensation and Benefits**:
For informational purposes, the estimated annual earnings are $99,216.00 for 2184 scheduled hours (combined regular hourly rate of $36 and overtime rate of $54) in a work year.
