**You Are**:
UST is looking for a consultant who under the guidance of Consultant II, work closely with the client business and account leadership teams to align transformation programs with underlying technical solutions to business needs.

**The Opportunity**:

- Works with stakeholders at every level of the organization soliciting strategic imperatives from senior leaders and executives; supporting business unit managers as they leverage business architecture and product development artifacts to create and implement client business plans.
- Provide direct input into the governance cycle that supports the achievement of key goals, planning and execution of various scenarios, and delivery of bottom-line value for the business.
- Help client business and leadership team with problem definition.
- Collaborate and contribute to business and technology consulting projects to deliver client objectives.
- Perform assessments of client business processes, organizational change, IT processes, and technology landscape; identifying transformational recommendations
- Develop a business and technical architecture strategy based on situational awareness of various business scenarios and motivations.
- Capture the tactical and strategic enterprise goals that provide traceability through the organization and are mapped to metrics that provide ongoing governance.
- Hybrid-In office/remote

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

**What you need**:

- Experience in gathering business requirements from stakeholders
- Expert knowledge in database design and modeling
- Strong understanding of ETL processes and design STM (Source to target) mapping experience.
- Experience in reviewing and writing the Mappings. Strong SQL query skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Desired Skills
- Salesforce/nCino knowledge
- Banking or other large FI experience Agile
- Must Have Skills
- 10 - 15 years' experience as BSA/BA/Data Analyst Strong Data Migration (migrating between multiple disparate systems) and data Delivery experience
