**Requirements**:

- 306A Plumbing Certificate - or willing to obtain
- Backflow Certificate Preferred - or willing to obtain
- Gas Technician G2 Preferred - or willing to obtain
- Minimum of 2 years experience in multi-residential, commercial, or industrial properties
- Customer service experience - including the ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Valid drivers licence and clean drivers abstract
