**Job Description Summary**: Pilote l'exécution de la portée du projet allouée pour maximiser les résultats en ce qui concerne la trésorerie et la marge. Assure une livraison dans les délais conformément au contrat. Possède une interface entre l'ingénierie, la planification et la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
Drives execution of the allocated Project scope to maximize results with respect to Cash & Margin. Ensures on time delivery in compliance with the contract. Owns interface between Engineering, Planning and Supply chain.
**Rôles et responsabilités**
- Développe et met en œuvre avec le directeur de projet la stratégie pour l'exécution de la portée du ou des projets alloués.
- Met en place et sécurise les ressources nécessaires à l'exécution du projet en collaboration avec le directeur de pro
- Garantit que les exigences de qualité et EHS sont appliquées pendant la phase de fabrication ou d'achat du projet.
- Coordonne les réclamations d'approvisionnement auprès des fournisseurs
- Mises à jour et revues R&O du (des) projet (s)
- Constitue, dirige et encadre une équipe de projet engagée pour la portée du ou des projets alloués. ]
- Définit les buts et objectifs des projets, évalue les performances
- Ordres de modification : contrôler les feuilles de temps des fournisseurs et mettre à jour les bons de commande à la fin des travaux
- Surveiller le suivi des commandes d'achat effectué par les équipes Sourcing, Make or Buy, phases Site, en accélérant les fournisseurs dans le processus d'anticipation de 6 semaines
- Passation de bons de commande pour les commandes sur site et les urgences sur site
- Exécution du bon de commande pour la conception externe - Développe et surveille le calendrier principal, gère le flottement du projet pendant l'ingénierie.
- Participe aux examens réguliers de la conception et des progrès.
- Participe aux examens réguliers des progrès du site Coordonner la logistique et le transport aller et retour
- Fournit un retour d'expérience à l'équipe d'appel d'offres
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develops & implements with the Project Director the strategy for the execution of the allocated Project(s) scope
- Sets up and secures the necessary resources for the execution of the project together with the Project Director
- Ensures Quality, EHS requirements are applied during Make or Buy phase of the projectCoordinates with Sourcing claims to suppliers
- Updates and reviews R&O of the project(s)
- Builds, leads & coaches a committed Project team for the allocated Project(s) scope
- Defines Projects goals and objectives, evaluates performances
- Change orders: control vendors timesheets & update POs at completion of works
- Monitors purchase order follow-up performed by Sourcing teams, Make or Buy, Site phases, expediting suppliers in the 6-week-lookahead process
- Purchase order Placement for site re-orders and site emergencies
- Purchase order Execution for external design
- Develops and monitors the Master Time Schedule, manages project float during Engineering
- Attends regular Design and Progress Reviews
- Attends regular Site Progress Revie
- Coordinate logistics and transport outbound and inbound
- Provides feedback of experience to Tendering Team
**Qualifications requises**
- Ce rôle nécessite une vaste expérience dans la chaîne d'approvisionnement (10 ans minimum), la fabrication (2 ans minimum) et la gestion de projet (5 ans minimum.)
- Le niveau de connaissances requiert un baccalauréat d'une université ou d'un collège accrédité (ou un diplôme d'études secondaires avec une expérience pertinente).
**Required Qualifications**
- This role requires extensive experience in the Supply Chain (10 years minimum), Manufacturing (2 years minimum) and Project Management (5 years minimum.)
- Knowledge level requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
