Our clinic is looking for a Part-Time experienced Healthcare/Medical Receptionist for our busy facility in West Mississauga.

**Qualifications**:
Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Must have basic typing and computer skills

Experience working as a Healthcare/Medical Receptionist

Experience dealing with Extended Healthcare billing

Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to organize, multitask and work well under pressure

Able to work fast and efficiently

**Responsibilities**:Specific duties will include, but are not limited to;
- Greeting and assisting clients with bookings and re-arranging appointments.
- Creating, maintaining and filing patient information and scanning of documents.
- Completing daily billing.
- Answering phones and placing outbound calls as needed.
- Maintaining patient charts, filing, computer billing, accounts receivable, and general housekeeping responsibilities.
- Retrieving imaging reports via telephone from medical clinics.
- Preparing and closing the clinic at the end of the day.
- Assist with laundry
- Assist with keeping the clinic clean and organized

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2024-03-11
