**Position Overview**:
Standard hours of work will be 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, from Monday - Friday.

This position will be a full time in-person role in our Coquitlam, BC office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and record daily activities of field crew
- Conduct regular progress/status reports with our installers in the field
- Manage company resources and service-vehicles for outgoing projects
- Data entry for all incoming orders
- Respond to client’s miscellaneous inquiries and bookings
- Review and verify all purchase orders
- Assist the Director of Operations, Project Coordinators, and the Dispatch team as needed
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to change and deadlines
- Previous experience in a dispatch is preferred, but not always required
- Familiarity with dispatch software or other logistics technology is a plus

**Salary**: $44,000 - $48,000 per year
