We are looking for a new person to job our team who has a great personality, who is extremely organized and is able to handle large responsibilities. We would also need to have an individual who is extremely trustworthy and willing to grow with our business. This is meant to be a long-term position. The individual must be a fast learner, pay attention to detail, and be able to work independently.

The job duties would be as follows:

- accounts payable
- accounts receivable
- invoicing
- bill posting
- transaction allocation
- payroll
- bill payments
- account reconciliations
- remittances
- financial reporting
- assist with estimates
- bid submissions
- assist with project management from an administrative prospective including job costing, project scheduling and other project reports
- employee management

Experience in a similar role is a must.

Experience with Quickbooks Online is a must.

Experience with Microsoft Office is a must.
