**Front Desk, Rondalyn RV Resort - Permanent Part Time**

This role provides customer service and front desk support to Rondalyn RV Resort. We are looking for someone who is the right fit for our team and are flexible with our scheduling for the right person.

Hours available can range from 20 to 35 a week to fit your schedule and requires weekend availability. If you are dependable with a strong work ethic, we are willing to provide all training necessary. This is a great opportunity for student or someone looking for weekend work.

**Job requirements**:

- Welcome and process guest arrivals and departures, including necessary payments
- Conduct daily site inspections and investigate discrepancies and attending to guest needs and maintaining resort standards (may include occasional light cleaning)
- Process reservations over the phone, online and in person.
- Facilitate excellent guest experience; proactively deliver tourist/guest information.
- Ensuring ongoing communication with team Oceanside and informing the manager of any and all pertinent activities within the resort.
- Detailed oriented and takes pride in ability to produce quality documents quickly and to company standards using templates.
- High level of sound and independent judgement, reasoning and discretion.
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and organizational skills.

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
- Weekend work required and must be flexible to work various day and shifts. Flexibility with shift availability to meet business requirements is an asset.

**Education and/or Experience**:

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination or education and experience.
- 1-2 years related customer service experience.
- Prior knowledge of the tourism/hospitality industry or campgrounds is an asset.

Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
