Lead Hand

**Duties**:

- Oversee and coordinate Lighting projects from start to finish
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications and standards
- Supervise and train technicians on job tasks and safety protocols
- Monitor progress of Lighting projects and make adjustments as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of project details, including timelines, budgets, and materials used

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the similar fields of work
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Proficient in using software and tools

- Must have the ability and/or experience directing the work of others and make quick decisions. Must have excellent leadership skills,

**March to October**
- Hours - start 8am finish 5pm
- 5 days a week
- Required to drive boom truck (when required) and lead site installations of Permanent RGB and 12v Landscape/Garden Lighting systems on residential and commercial properties.
- Manage one or two technicians on site, fill out required installation documents with company tablet, quality control, communication with customers
- Monitoring Inventory
- Training new staff
- Shop and truck management
- Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
- Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
- Resolve problems when they arise

**October to March**
- Hours - start 7am finish 5pm-7pm + (October
- December)
- Hours - start 7am finish 5pm
- 5 days a week (January - March)
- Required to drive boom truck and lead site installations of RGB Lighting, Christmas lights, garland etc. on residential and commercial properties.

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year
