Sturgeon County is looking for a Contracts Assistant - Summer Student to assist with administrative duties in the contract management area. Data entry into the Contract Management site (SharePoint) and uploading of contract documents is required.

This 14-week position (Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm) ending August 30, 2024 is partly funded through the Canada Summer Jobs Grant to create quality summer work experiences for young people aged 15 to 30 years. **Job Duties**
- Data entry and uploading of contract files into the Contract Management Database (SharePoint).
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Supporting team members in project research, analysis, and documentation.
- Participating in meetings and providing input on project discussions.
- Assisting with the organization of events, workshops, or presentations.
- Ad-hoc assignments and other duties as required.

**Job Qualifications and Skills**
- Ability to provide exceptional internal and external customer service in a consistent and professional manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working both independently and in group settings.
- Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Working knowledge of SharePoint is a strong asset.
