HR technology is amid a revolution, moving beyond basic record-keeping functions to the strategic business need for talent optimization. Achievers is at the forefront of this movement and is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Business Intelligence team to assist in the rapid growth of our company. You will partner with the business units to help define how Achievers operates from a technology, system integration and process perspective in the years to come. Working alongside your dedicated engineering team in a continuous delivery model. This role is right for you if you enjoy solving complex system problems and growing our business to a massive scale.

**What you'll do**:

- Prepare and present comprehensive end-to-end dashboards (i.e. operational and functional) that effectively communicate analysis results to internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrate mastery of our data offerings/catalog, their relationships, and their use cases
- Conduct effective business analysis to deliver data analytics rooted in best practice and serves the needs of your internal stakeholder. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, maintain data integrity and security, and implement best practices for data governance and privacy.
- Articulate detailed user stories, support prioritization of work on behalf of internal stakeholders and answer questions as the internal customer representative from our Engineering teams.
- Collaborate with system admins, architects and functional teams to identify and recommend solutions to meet the needs and goals of the business.
- Work with internal Engineering teams and external vendors to execute on the solution vision from conception to launch.
- Support innovative and transformative ideas to support continuous improvement efforts to deliver business value and technologies for scale.
- Partner with key stakeholders, peers, and leadership to recommend optimizations to business process and technical capabilities to improve accuracy, data storage and reporting delivery methods.
- Take a customer-centric approach to managing requests from multiple stakeholders across the Organization.

**What we're looking for**:

- Experience acting as a contributor in a scrum environment is an asset.
- Experience articulating detailed user stories and participating in scrum sessions.
- Ability to understand system functionality, process, and architecture at a technical and business level.
- An understanding of project management principles and the ability to prioritize work based on the greatest business impact.
- Post-secondary education in a technical discipline or relevant work experience required
- Strong familiarity with the Modern Data Stack.
- Prior experience with any of the 3 leading cloud solutions: GCP, Azure or AWS, with strong preference to GCP.
- Strong understanding of SQL (reading, writing, and debugging).
- Strong developmental experience with Tableau or other BI tools.
- Experience with using ETL/ELT and IPaaS tools such as Fivetran, Jitterbit, Dell Boomi etc.
- Consultative mindset - being the positive force that provides ownership to technology resources, processes, and active stakeholder management.
- Exposure to data modelling and data transformation tools, such as DBT, is an asset.
- Some exposure to RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is an asset.
