As a Logistics Supervisor, you will lead the dispatch team and provide strategic solutions to enhance operational processes. Logistics is at the heart of our organization, and you will be in constant communication with various stakeholders to optimize the last-mile delivery for our customers.

Biiibo is a fast-growing start-up and market leader in the on-demand delivery service for construction materials and supplies space. Since our launch in early 2020, our team has grown from 10 employees to 100 in less than a year With proven success in the industry and no runway, we are growing exponentially and we’re looking for driven challenge-seekers to join our team

**What is Expected**
- Oversee or lead employees working at lower-level dispatch.
- Handle all related activities of dispatch as needed like hiring, training, performance appraisals and terminations, etc.
- Research and prepare resources to develop timely as well as efficient workflow.
- Manage, development, research, as well as reconcile departmental reports.
- Manage complete daily deliveries quota in different geographic territory areas.
- Assess employees' compliance with procedure, assist in development of employee skills and abilities by providing constructive criticism, recognition, and corrective action when necessary; conduct quality assurance feedback and coaching sessions with assigned employees at regular intervals; provide both verbal and written feedback involving the discipline process; Initiates commendations where appropriate.
- Maintain steady visibility to as well as tracking of every driver across every day.
- Communicate departmental tasks for guidance of management.
- Maintain contact with all clients as well as outside vendors inclusive of issue resolution.
- Conduct project management and coordinate duties as required.
- Execute personnel activities as per company’s policies as well as applicable laws.
- Prepare individual as well as departmental training plans.
- Ensure all staff members attain company as well as location standards.
- Monitor employees as well as operational processes.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

Aside from a positive can-do attitude, you'll need:

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- You have demonstrated the ability to manage competing demands and prioritize workload against time-sensitive deadlines.
- Flexibility is key - You can navigate stressful situations in a demanding environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Last-mile delivery is a very fast-paced environment, be ready for many challenges along the way.
- Clear and concise oral and written communication skills.
- A self-starter capable of punching above weight class.
- Ability to think outside the box and be resourceful - You do not take no for an answer.
- Resilient in the face of challenges - You pull out all the stops to see tasks till completion.
- Forward-thinker with the ability to anticipate and navigate obstacles.
- Be a full participant of the team, supporting and contributing to a positive work environment.
- Team building— You have previous experience in supervising, coaching, and leading a team.
