Support Staff Full-time New Position

We are looking for a qualified individual to support the international recruitment and services initiatives through content creation, digital campaign management, digital engagement activities, and the coordination of marketing and recruitment assets for the department. The incumbent will support international digital recruitment, services initiatives, and regionally specific projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creates a digital recruitment plan that reaches out to emergent markets through webinars, paid promotions, and organic posts, specifically where the recruiter's physical presence is limited to support the diversification of the international student body
- Works closely with supervisor on creative recruitment planning, marketing projects, and annual communication plans
- Uses digital channels to bring Conestoga’s brand to the forefront
- Designs and develops digital and corresponding print marketing materials, including brochures, banners, educational materials, and communication materials for the International Recruitment team and the International Office - Services and Admissions
- Oversees ongoing copywriting, editing, and producing content for digital marketing, recruitment campaigns, and key international markets
- Supports Conestoga’s International Regional Recruitment Managers to translate and localize promotional materials and ship promotional materials to international fairs and locations
- Monitors engagements, insights, and performance, and provides reports and subsequent data-driven recommendations
- Supports in creating paid Ad campaigns on social media, reaching to new emergent markets
- Helps in developing international social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, WeChat, etc.)
- Facilitates hiring of new international students through jobs on-campus and ensures they receive the needed training to join the team and understand the strategic marketing plan
- Under the guidance of the supervisor, tracks and responds to positive and negative online feedback
- Provides customer service, supporting the team to answer inquiries ensuring fast, efficient response times and exceptional communication with potential international students
- Tracks budgets and inventory relating to digital recruitment and traditional channels
- Supports on-campus recruitment events and partnership visits
- Liaises with the Academic Schools, Marketing, and Communications departments to ensure the recruitment team has access to current, accurate support and marketing materials
- Liaises with regional stakeholders and supports the coordination of joint marketing and recruitment materials
- Supports the recruitment and services teams for on-site local events, partnership visits, orientations, and other assigned event initiatives
- Helps prepare and organize documents required by agents, students, and other partners
- Prepares surveys, collects data, and completes reports for the recruitment team as required
- Supports orientation, student visits, and school events for content generation purposes

**Qualifications**:

- Two-year Diploma in Digital Marketing and Design, Design and Advertising, Marketing, Graphic Design, Photography and Multimedia, Market Analysis, Digital Data Analysis, Social Media Marketing, or related field
- Five years of current, relevant experience in digital marketing
- Experience in setting up paid ad promotions on Google and Facebook Ads
- Understanding of international marketing and cultural competency
- Clear understanding of international prospective student audiences, coupled with knowledge of student recruitment marketing
- Fluency in a second language, preferably Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, or Mandarin is considered an asset
- Ability to communicate with and write copy for individuals for whom English is not their first language
- Excellent customer service and student support
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects) is required
