**About You**:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

- Completion of Grade XII plus graduate of a business, office information technology, medical office assistant, secretarial course or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of two years secretarial experience required
- Medical Terminology Course or equivalent
- Advanced working knowledge and proficiency with a variety of computer software and programs, specifically Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Knowledge and prior experience in use of SAP software and Meditech considered an asset
- Knowledge of Mental Health and Addictions programs and services within the local community, the Eastern Zone, as well as within the province is considered an asset
- Adaptable to change and is flexible to accommodate the expectations of the position
- Ability to work in a self-directed environment and also effectively within an interdisciplinary team
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, including direct interaction with clients, staff and public
- Demonstrated excellent organizational and prioritizing skills
- Demonstrated commitment to self-learning and continuous professional development
- Commitment to maintain and protect patient, client, and personal safety on an ongoing basis
- Commitment to confidentiality and privacy of patients and clients
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

**Hours**:

- Permanent Full Time position; 70 hours bi weekly

**Compensation and Incentives**:
$20.36-$23.14 Hourly
