**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced VP of Sales to join our team. As a key leadership role, the VP of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth by leading a team of sales professionals and implementing strategic sales plans.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals in Canada and the US.
- Ready to travel at least 50% of your time ( Ontario, Québec, US east coast )
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to enhance the sales team's skills.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in doors and windows or premium building supplies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent market analysis and business development abilities.
- Technical sales knowledge is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Aperçu du poste**:
Nous recherchons un VP des ventes hautement motivé et expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe. En tant que rôle de leadership clé, le VP des ventes sera responsable de la croissance des revenus en dirigeant une équipe de professionnels des ventes et en mettant en œuvre des plans de vente stratégiques.

**Fonctions**:

- Développer et mettre en œuvre des plans de vente stratégiques pour atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise au Canada et aux États-Unis.
- Prêt à voyager au moins 50% de votre temps (Ontario, Québec, côte est des États-Unis)
- Diriger et motiver une équipe de représentants des ventes pour atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de vente.
- Établir et maintenir de solides relations avec les principaux clients et comptes.
- Identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et développer des stratégies pour élargir la base de clients.
- Effectuer des recherches de marché et analyser les données de vente pour identifier les tendances et les opportunités.
- Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour assurer une communication et une coordination efficaces.
- Fournir une formation continue et un coaching pour améliorer les compétences de l'équipe de vente.
- Surveiller et rapporter les indicateurs de performance des ventes.

**Compétences**:

- Expérience avérée dans la gestion des ventes, de préférence dans les portes et fenêtres ou les matériaux de construction haut de gamme.
- Solides compétences en leadership avec la capacité d'inspirer et de motiver une équipe.
- Excellentes capacités d'analyse de marché et de développement commercial.
- Des connaissances techniques en vente sont un plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Baccalauréat en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe (de préférence).
- Minimum de 5 années d'expérience en gestion des ventes.
- Succès démontré dans l'atteinte des objectifs de vente et la croissance des revenus.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
