**Responsabilités**:

- Accueillir la clientèle et les visiteurs au centre de ressources; orienter et aiguiller la clientèle vers les composantes plus structurées des Services d'emploi ou autres programmes et services offerts dans la communauté; fixer les rendez-vous de la clientèle avec les consultantes et consultants en emploi ou les prospectrices et prospecteurs d'emploi; préparer des trousses d'information portant sur les divers services et programmes offerts; aider la clientèle à remplir les divers formulaires;
- Effectuer du travail de bureau, comme mettre en page, photocopier et télécopier des documents; trier et distribuer le courrier et préparer des envois pour le service; effectuer des achats à la demande de la personne qui supervise et réconcilier les rapports appropriés au besoin; maintenir un inventaire de fournitures et d'équipements de bureau; trier, vérifier, corriger et traiter les demandes de chèques pour les employeurs et la clientèle et les acheminer au bureau de la direction;
- Préparer et maintenir les sites d'emplois; afficher les nouveautés et ressources sur le site Web du programme et sur les médias sociaux;
- Distribuer les informations et fournir des renseignements à la clientèle portant sur des sujets liés à l'employabilité; encadrer et orienter les usagers vers les outils du Centre de ressources ou les ressources appropriées; assurer le bon fonctionnement de tous les outils du Centre de ressources; assurer l'acquisition et l’inventaire du matériel requis pour le Centre;
- Élaborer, modifier au besoin et animer une variété d'ateliers interactifs au Centre de ressources; donner des conseils techniques sur des sujets liés à la recherche d'emploi; développer des outils appropriés et pratiques pour la clientèle selon ses besoins ainsi que les tendances du marché d'emploi;
- Effectuer l'entrée de données dans le Système d'information du ministère; préparer des rapports liés aux services à la demande des personnes superviseures;
- Atteindre les cibles prescrites et agir comme ambassadeur des programmes et services d’employabilité selon son cadre de responsabilité afin d’inciter les participants à s’inscrire aux programmes d’emploi;
- Assurer la relève de ses collègues de travail du secteur des Services d’emploi, afin de servir efficacement la clientèle, en particulier pendant les périodes de pointe et/ou lors de remplacement du personnel absent; participer à l’orientation du nouveau personnel dans le secteur.

**Exigences**:

- Diplôme de deux ans en Administration de bureau, adjoint administrative ou programme connexe;
- Minimum d’un an d’expérience pertinente;
- Excellentes compétences de communication en français et en anglais (oral et écrit);
- Excellente connaissance des logiciels de traitement de texte (Word), de tableur électronique (Excel), de présentation (PowerPoint), de base de données (SharePoint, Access), de courrier électronique (Outlook) et d'Internet;
- Expérience à travailler avec le public de milieux variés;
- Expérience en résolution de conflits;
- Expérience dans le domaine de l'employabilité et les tendances du marché de travail;
- Expérience à élaborer, modifier et animer des ateliers ou des séances d'information à l'intention de la communauté et de la clientèle;
- Expérience dans l'utilisation d’ordinateurs et d'équipement de bureau (logiciels, Internet, outils de recherche, téléphone, photocopieur, télécopieur, etc.);
- Expérience permettant une excellente connaissance des services offerts dans la communauté.
