Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Lay pipe for storm or sanitation sewers, drains, and water mains
- Align and position pipes to prepare them for welding or sealing
- Connect pipe pieces and seal joints
- Cut pipes to required lengths
- Dig trenches using hand tools or heavy equipment
- Operate power tools for cutting, bending, and welding pipes
- Assist in the installation of underground utilities
- Ensure pipelines meet required specifications
- Transporting machinery to and from work sites
- Supervise all pipe laying projects to guarantee precision and productivity.

**Experience**:

- Mechanical knowledge
- Experience with power tools
- Proficiency in bucket operation
- Basic electrical knowledge, including low voltage systems
- Familiarity with bucket truck operations
- Ability to work with rigging equipment
- Proficiency in using hand tools for pipefitting tasks
- Experience in operating heavy equipment for excavation and pipe laying
- Demonstrated leadership skills to keep projects running smoothly.

Pay: $32.25-$36.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Civil Works: 2 years (required)
- Heavy equipment operation: 2 years (required)
