**What we are hiring for**:
We are currently hiring multiple part-time **Direct Support Professionals** for our locations across Lambton County. Direct Support Professionals make a difference in people's lives by:

- Providing support to people with developmental disabilities in their homes and the community
- Teaching and assisting with daily supports (ex. assistance with meal preparation, personal hygiene, medication administration, appointments, housekeeping responsibilities and money management)
- Facilitating opportunities for individual skill development, independence, personal growth, cultivating relationships in their community and leisure activities as directed by the person

**We provide supports in**: Alvinston, Brigden, Corunna, Forest, Petrolia, Sarnia, Oil City, Oil Springs, Watford and Wyoming.

**What you will need**:

- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is an asset
- Current certification in First Aid/CPR required
- Current certification in NVCPI or willing to obtain
- Valid "G or G2" class license and reliable vehicle
- Be willing to provide a clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check
- Be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Documentation of COVID-19 Vaccination

**Compensation and scheduling**:

- $21.77 - $22.43 per hour based on experience
- Part-time - multiple rotations available
- Scheduled a mixture of days, afternoons, and weekends
- Opportunities to pick up additional hours
