**What we are hiring for**:
We are currently hiring multiple part-time **Passport Support Workers**

In the Passport Program, you will be responsible for supporting people with developmental disabilities across Lambton County to be involved in their communities, to live independently and pursue the activities they enjoy. Primarily through 1 to 1 support, you will support the person to arrange and accomplish a variety of activities and goals as identified in their life plan.

These may include outdoor activities, day trips, connecting with animals, crafting, learning new skills, attending concerts, sports games or local community events, connecting with friends or community groups, volunteering, and more

**What you will need**:

- Valid "G or G2" class license and reliable vehicle
- Current certification in First Aid/CPR
- Current certification in NVCPI or willing to obtain
- Be willing to provide a clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check
- Be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Documentation of COVID-19 Vaccination
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities an asset

**Position details**:

- $21.77 - $22.43 per hour based on experience
- 24 - 30 hours per week
- LCDS supports people throughout Lambton County and the work location will vary based on the location of the activities or events
- Use of personal vehicle will be required in most situations, mileage will be reimbursed
