**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Commercial Planters and Subscription Planters
- Responsible for all aspects of client relationships and sales cycle including sales to existing clients, price negotiation and contract negotiation
- Work with the production department to ensure the planters, barrels, and any other commercial sales orders are completed
- Meet sales quotas each quarter and year
- Promote the overall success of the Commercial Planter Program and the Subscription Planter Program through constantly improving sales, sales techniques, and relationships
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries
- Communicate with customers regarding their orders, delivery and pickup times
- Develop successful sales techniques and share them with the team Other duties as required

Other

Attend networking events to help promote Company programs

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven work experience as an Account Representative
- Experience using a CRM
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
- Experience with outbound sales is considered an asset
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service experience
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
