Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow
- Train and develop new team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling, record-keeping, and inventory management
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and vendors to ensure a positive experience
- Handle cashiering duties including processing transactions, handling cash, and maintaining accurate records
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers or addressing inquiries
- Assist in recruiting and hiring new team members to maintain adequate staffing levels
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and addressing customer concerns
- Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for improvement or growth
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- Strong training development skills to effectively onboard and train new team members
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and inventory management
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, customers, and vendors
- Cashiering experience with the ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated phone etiquette when interacting with customers or addressing inquiries
- Experience in recruiting and hiring to maintain adequate staffing levels
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues effectively
- Knowledge of market trends and competition to identify opportunities for improvement or growth
