**Position Summary**:
**Job Duties/Responsibilities**:

- preparing and modifying a high volume of leasing documents and maintaining leasing records for the division
- managing the accuracy of leasing data for reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- liaising with schools relative to leasing requests and tenant operations
- ensuring tenants follow requirements of their lease agreements
- working with Financial Services to manage tenants in arrears
- performing site visits and audits of tenant space
- assisting tenants with leasehold improvements including the tracking of space improvements in the Division space management system
- overseeing the space reclamation process including communicating with schools and tenants to discuss changes to leased space, timelines and drafting related correspondence as well as liaising with tenants and Infrastructure Integrated Services regarding timelines for required maintenance and repair work
- liaising with division staff relative to enrolment growth and impacts on space that affect tenancy
- overseeing the lease competition process including assessing needs, drafting communication, completing screening, interviews and related documentation

**Education/Qualifications**:

- a degree in a related field
- Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Property Administrator (RPA) certification or PM license (through RECA)
- a minimum of three years related experience in property management
- effective oral and written communication skills with a variety of audiences and complex situations
- demonstrated experience drafting written correspondence and leasing documentation
- excellent collaborator, has attention to detail, excellent time management and negotiation skills
- demonstrated experience with complex data sets

**Rate of Pay**:
$3,465.00 - $4,431.70 bi-weekly
