**About the Role**

We are looking for an exceptional data driven and customer focused Product Manager at DDS Wireless International.

Acting as a liaison between the business stakeholders, customers, and the engineering team, you owns the entire product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and beyond. You are responsible for the product’s quality and success by proposing appropriate and well thought out solutions. As a product manager, you need to ensure that the requirements are clearly communicated and well understood by the engineering team and proactive communication is done with the stakeholders across the company as well as with our users.

**Responsibilities**
- Cultivate a strong working relationship with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Develop a deep understanding of the transportation industries and customer needs, user workflows, use cases and underlying business problems by market research, interviewing customers and business stakeholders, and analysis of the usage stats of our products.
- Own all aspects of the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring its end-to-end success.
- Help with defining product vision and strategy
- Perform market research and competitive research to fully understand the market landscape and product development opportunities
- Perform user research, survey, and interviews to fully understand the needs of Transit and Paratransit users and DDS’ customers
- Dig deep in usage analytics of our products and use that information to improve our products
- Gather and document requirements for our new products and features Work collaboratively with UX Designers and developers to conceptualize, design, specify, and prototype solutions, while continuously validating with the internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with the product owners to track the progress of goals set
- Track and report on OKRs and KPIs set for the product team
- Own the product roadmap for assigned products
- Provide regular progress reports to the management team
- Identify risks, expose, and validate assumptions.
- Adeptly handle and adjust to changing priorities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competition, technology standards, industry trends and emerging technologies

**Qualifications & Skills**

**Education**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- BA and/or PM certification and/or education an asset
- +3 years working as a Product Manager in an agile/scrum team.
- +2 years of experience working with customers directly (e.g., conducting user research and user

interviews)
- External customer service experience working with customers individually in a B2B environment.
- Transportation and GPS positioning systems experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbally and in writing)
- Simplifies complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner to stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to conduct effective presentations in front of an audience
- Positive and proactive, ability to impact operations and effect positive change
- Detail oriented, self-driven, analytical, and inquisitive.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Highly
- organized, process-oriented with strong time-management skills.
