Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the upkeep and functionality of our facilities. This is a vital role in maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for our employees and visitors.

**Duties**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or hazards
- Repair or replace broken equipment or fixtures
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the premises
- Handle landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, and watering plants
- Operate hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance tasks
- Assist with general repairs and maintenance projects as assigned

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in maintenance work, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and garden maintenance
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $17.00-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
