Fluid Power Technician

Job Title: Fluid Power Technician
**Job Summary**
Complete required tasks such as repair and maintenance to hydraulic components and equipment while continuing personal growth and development within the fluid power industry.
**Essential Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Including but not limited to.
- Repair components/equipment under various complexities following all repair procedures.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems within a hydraulic component or system.
- Perform routine maintenance procedures on equipment.
- Complete inspection and diagnostic reports.
- Record and analyze system performance outputs.
- Operate and maintain equipment within area following all asset maintenance procedures.
- Maintain area cleanliness on a regular basis.
- Communicate progress and updates with Customers and co-workers.
**Education and Experience**
- A comparable amount of training and experience may be substituted for the minimum qualifications.
- Any Level/Year of Apprentice Training.
- 2 years experience in the Fluid Power Industry.

- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills demonstrating a capacity to prioritize and multitask.
- Must possess critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team without micromanagement.
- Ability to influence, lead, and teach others by example.
- Appreciate and align yourself with our company values vision and mission while helping others to do the same.
- In-depth knowledge in hydraulic fundamentals.
- Ability to read and understand schematics and manuals.
- Willingness to put in extra hours to complete tasks.
- An aptitude for managing customer relations.
**Certificate, Licenses, and/or Registrations**
- Latest Apprentice Level / Journeyman Certificate.
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $80,000.00 per year
