**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Collision Repair Pro**: Master the art of **metalworking**, **welding**, and **refinishing** to restore vehicles to their pre-collision glory.
- **Safety First**: Stick to the safety protocols, use **PPE**, and handle hazardous materials with care—because we want you to **work hard, but stay safe**
- **Team Player**: Collaborate with your crew, communicate clearly with customers, and help mentor apprentices to **raise the bar** in collision repair.
